Where to Put Your Unusual Personal Essay Topics
In the college essay writing process, oddball personal essay topics are not hard to come by. We've all been there - stuck for ideas or on a deadline, and we simply don't have the time to get through a long piece of writing that takes us hours to finish.
This may seem like an easy solution to a problem, but in reality it's really not an option. Having already written enough essays in our lives, we need to find a way to move them from short-form essays to long-form essays, preferably over a period of one semester. That means we need to get out of our comfort zone and consider some unusual personal essay topics. Oddball personal essay topics can be tricky, but when you write something that is unique and isn't normally written about, there is no way you will ever write it again.
As a student, you are a bit more likely to get away with writing something unique, because as the teacher you have the authority to call you on your strange opinion or quote you on a weird thing you read.
